On March 25th at 4:07pm, members of the Barnegat Police Narcotics Unit arrested Charles Eble 3rd, 39, Valerian Zieniewicz, 80, and Bethany Park, 34, all of Barnegat on drug charges.

Zieniewicz was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, distribution of heroin (all 3rd degree), and wandering to obtain CDS.
Bethany Park was charged with wandering to obtain CDS.
Both Zieniewicz and Park were released pending a court date.
