On September 16th at 3:27am, Ptl. Anthony Carlo arrested Ashley Burton, 22, of Manchester for DWI after responding to a single-car motor vehicle crash on Route 9. Ptl. Carlo responded to the scene to find that Burton’s 2006 Chevrolet Equinox had left the roadway and struck a tree. Burton was transported to Southern Ocean Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.
Burton was issued summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, and failure to provide documents. Her vehicle was impounded in accordance with John’s Law.
