On May 17th at 5:00am, Ptl. Brian Weber arrested Tina Danko, 33, of Barnegat for DWI after responding to a one-car collision on East Bay Avenue.
Ptl. Weber determined that Danko had been attempting to make a U-turn in the roadway when she struck the pole. Danko was not injured and the pole sustained minor damage. Danko’s vehicle was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s law. She was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane.
On May 18th at 1:55am, Ptl. Alex Hoffman arrested Lisa Bumbarger, 41, of Rahway Rd after responding to a report that an intoxicated subject had left a residence and was operating a motor vehicle. Ptl. Hoffman was able to locate the vehicle at the Barnegat Municipal Dock where he determined that Bumbarger was intoxicated. Bumbarger’s vehicle was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. She was processed and released with summonses for DWI and reckless driving.
