On September 12th at 10:06pm, Patrolman Stephen Russoniello arrested David Morris Jr., 46, of Trevose, PA for DWI after responding to a call of a disabled vehicle at the intersection of Route 72 and Route 539. Upon arrival at the intersection, Ptl. Russoniello found Morris’s vehicle had run out of gas. Further investigation led to the arrest.
Morris’s vehicle was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. Morris was processed and released with summonses for DWI and reckless driving. He was further charged with possession of prescription legend drugs after he was found to be in possession of Vicodin pills for which he did not have a prescription.
