On April 1st at 1:00am, Patrolman Anthony Carlo arrested Tiffany Duffy, 43, of Barnegat for DWI after stopping Duffy’s car on Village Dr for failing to maintain her lane of travel. Duffy’s car was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. Duffy was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, and driving with a suspended drivers license.
On March 27th at 1:41am, Patrolman Anthony Carlo arrested Sean Thorpe, 29, of Barnegat for DWI after stopping Thorpe’s car on Route 9 for having tinted windows. Thorpe’s car
was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. Thorpe was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, and tinted windows.
