On November 19th at 4:36pm, members of the Barnegat Police Narcotics Unit arrested Erin Brennan, 30, of Forked River, Tara Dileo, 31, of Barnegat, and Billie Foster, 30, of Barnegat  on drug charges after conducting surveillance of a Freedom Hills Drive residence.
The department had received numerous anonymous complaints of drug activity regarding the residence located at 60 Freedom Hills Drive and conducted the surveillance operation in response. During the operation a 2006 Toyota Corolla that left the residence was stopped by Barnegat officers. During the stop it was discovered that Brennan was in possession of a quantity of heroin at which time she was placed under arrest.
The investigation further led to the search of the residence at 60 Freedom Hills Drive during which officers recovered the prescription drug suboxone and $500 in proceeds from drug transactions. Foster and Dileo, who were at the residence, were placed under arrest.
Brennan was charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to distribute (both 3rd degree). Dileo was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, and distribution of heroin (all 3rd degree).
Foster was charged with possession of suboxone (3rd degree).
All three parties were processed and released pending a court date.
